Is not being able to see your dick worth a world record total?
Just like last time, this Rapid Fire Table Talk video starts with Dave showing he's willing to answer almost anything you ask him. And the answer, in this case, is yes — but only if it's an all-time world record.
In this edition of Rapid Fire Table Talk, Dave comes back to the table, unprepared, to answer more of your questions. Reading comments directly from Instagram and other social media outlets, Dave responds to 14 questions covering all topics of nutrition, powerlifting, and strength and conditioning. He discusses optimal body-fat percentage for powerlifters, the origin of his blown-out bench shirt (famous from his old training videos), parallel box vs. high box squatting, how to make the best peanut butter and jelly sandwiches, and more. He also touches on several topics that he will discuss in further detail in later videos, including rehabilitation from major injuries and surgeries.

I ran into this exact issue a few months ago when I tried out for my agency SWAT. Let me admit here that I did not make the team though. I failed the run, which was required in 1.5 miles under 12 min. I ran it in 12:24.
-I started training for the run as soon as I was notified of the tryout which was exactly 12 weeks prior and was at 13:45 (baseline).
-I only incorporated one running day per week on my last day of weight training. I would run exactly 12 minutes (after warmup) on a treadmill with about 40 seconds jogging and 20 seconds running and working to :30/:30.
-I only actually ran outside one time mid way to check my progress. It was at about 12:40.
-Changes I would make to better my chances in the future. Probably run 2 days per week one of them being outside on a track to make it as miserable as the actual test. I would also probably cut back on my squatting volume.
