Good coaching is good coaching.

Everyone has their own style and way of performing or coaching the squat, the bench, and the deadlift, but do not confuse this for ambiguity in the lift. There are several facts about powerlifting that do not change based on individual style. This became abundantly clear at The elitefts Powerlifting Experience II.

After a day of attendees being coached in different groups by different coaches, three of the elitefts best gave special presentations to wrap up each lift. Dave Tate started the presentations by discussing the event and the most important coaching adjustments he saw regarding the squat, as well as mini-maxes and hitting new PRs.

Vincent Dizenzo followed with a discussion of the bench-press and explained the number one reason that a lack of tightness kills every lifter's bench press.

Steve Goggins gave the final presentation of the seminar, focusing on the deadlift and the major factors that he has seen contribute to prolonged progress in the lift.
