All four winners have been selected for our most recent training promotion.
For this opportunity we selected a variety of coaches with different areas of expertise including, mulit-ply and raw powerlifting, bodybuilding, physique, figure, life coaching, sports strength and conditioning, physical therapy and rehab, kettlebell sport, strongman, and general strength training. Elitefts does not make money from online training and receive no percentage of the revenue from the sales of online training our team members conduct.
However, we do stand behind them 100%. We know that these coaches are the real deal. If we weren't so confident in their abilities, they wouldn't be part of the team, and we wouldn't be backing them with a money-back guarantee for something that is free to enter.
Our four winners and the coaches they selected are:
- Jan C, who will be working with Ken 'Skip' Hill. Ken “Skip” Hill has been involved in the sport of bodybuilding for almost thirty years and competing for over twenty years. Born and raised in Michigan, he has spent the last sixteen years calling Colorado home with his wife and their four children. His primary focus is nutrition and supplementation but is called on for his years of training experience, as well. He started doing online contest prep in 2001 and is considered one of the original contest prep guys when the bodybuilding boards were still in their infancy. Hill’s track record with competitive bodybuilders is well-respected and he also does sport-specific conditioning including working with professional athletes.
- Louis D, who will be working with David Allen. David Allen is the owner and head trainer at NBS Fitness, the top training facility in Memphis, TN. Allen is a former college strength and conditioning coach who now works with personal training clients and athletes of all ages, professions, and experience levels. He played football in college while getting his degree in exercise science with a minor in nutrition. NBS Fitness is host to the best powerlifters, strongmen, bodybuilders, and serious trainees in Memphis. David currently competes in powerlifting and has previously competed in bodybuilding and Olympic lifting.
- Beverly B, who will be working with Julia Ladewski. Julia Ladewski, CSCS, is a coach to athletes, women, men, powerlifters, crossfitters, fitness enthusiasts, recreational lifters and those seeking body transformation. She takes pride in helping people from all walks of life to see and reach their full potential. Ladewski was a Division I strength & conditioning coach from 2002-09 at the University at Buffalo, where she worked with every sport on campus.
- Mike W, who will be working with Swede Burns. Swede Burns is a Specialist in Strength and Conditioning and a recognized expert in that field, with a notable catalogue of work over the last decade. He is the owner of Keyhole Barbell and head coach of the facility's large and successful powerlifting team. As an elite raw powerlifter Swede has broken records multiple times and currently holds APA/WPA world records in bench press and deadlift, is a 2011 APA National Champion, and competed at RUM for the second time in February 2015, where he silver medaled in a stacked class just 10 months after an emergency spine surgery. As a national-level bodybuilder, Swede competed in the NPC until 2004 when he retired and returned to his roots in powerlifting. He is the author of the popular ebook 5thSet.

We will do this program again and look forward to all of the progress our four winners will make!
