Assisted Dip / Pull Up - Selectorized

Dips and pullups are two of the most popular and important compound exercises you can do. As far as upper body strength and mass are concerned, these two lifts are kings of the castle, or at the very least they're princes.

The machine has a 200-pound stack and a pad on which you rest your knees while you perform either of the lifts.
