You've likely heard of Super Size Me, the 2004 documentary centered on director and star Morgan Spurlock consuming nothing but McDonald's for 30 consecutive days. Like many expected, Spurlock's health quickly declined and his doctors advised him to prematurely conclude the experiment.
In an endeavor free of special sauce and double-patties, Andrew Hawryluk of chipotlife.com took on a similar challenge. Instead of one month, Hawryluk stuck with his experiment for 153 consecutive days, and opted for the rice and chicken of Chipotle rather than the Big Macs and french fries of McDonald's. Accounting for the extended length (and exceptional financial burden), Hawryluk allowed himself to eat whatever he wanted for all meals except one per day, which was reserved for Chipotle.
"For the past 153 days in a row I've eaten Chipotle at least once per day, totalling $1,567 and ~110,890 calories worth of food," his website's masthead displays.
Hawryluk describes himself as a 6'0", 158-pound average sized 23-year-old male, whose weight rarely fluctuates more than ten pounds above or below his average weight.
As for the results of his 153-day Chipotle streak? Hawryluk claims he stayed as healthy and fit as ever — and never even tired of his go-to meal:
A burrito bowl consisting of white rice, chicken, guacamole, and lettuce with Tabasco chipotle sauce on top.
I’ve determined that this combination of ingredients is the perfect mixture of flavor, consistency, texture, and my desired macronutrient ratios, all while (mostly) obeying my preferred dietary restrictions. Therefore, I have deemed this meal The Impeccabowl.
To newcomers and veterans alike, I highly recommend trying The Impeccabowl, as I personally believe it’s an undeniably delicious meal. It tastes kind of like Mexican sushi.

As for why he chose Chipotle, Hawryluk claims that there is an objective scale by which all restaurants can be ranked, and that Chipotle is at the top end of this scale.
I will go on record saying that I think Chipotle is objectively the best restaurant. I believe the main factors that determine the quality of a restaurant are cost, taste, speed, decor, consistency, ingredients, portion size, and transparency. If you know of a restaurant that dominates any or all of these categories as thoroughly as Chipotle does, please let me know.
