Kabuki Strength is excited to announce the launch of its new Strength Chat Podcast - hosted by a group of coaches and athletes with over 60 years of combined experience – as they talk fact, science, and strength with world-renowned strength, conditioning, and rehab professionals. Strength Chat will be content rich providing you with education and tools to make you better no matter what level you’re involved with in regards to human performance. This podcast is to be used as a platform to promote the best practices pertaining to rehab, recovery, and training methods.
All featured guests are hand selected for specific values they bring. These professionals are in the strength and conditioning, clinical, rehab, and athletics world. These individuals have years of experience and are accredited credentials with years of success as athletes themselves or as coaches of successful athletes. We also have medical professionals who are involved in their discipline’s discourse and actively working in research or practicing in their field.
The first six podcasts that have been released include guests such as:
Jeff Halevy - Star of internationally syndicated TV series “Workout From Within with Jeff Halevy” and NBC’s TODAY Show Contributing Fitness Expert is the CEO and founder of New York City-based luxury performance gym Halevy Life.
Dr. Stuart McGill - Professor of spine biomechanics at the University of Waterloo (Waterloo, ON, Canada). His advice is often sought by governments, corporations, legal experts and elite athletes and teams from around the world.
Dr. Kelly Starrett - DPT and founder of MobilityWOD. Dr. Starrett’s revolutionary human performance model uniquely combines a movement first approach and an athlete-centric bias to achieve superior athletic and functional outcomes.
Dr. Justin Dean – Practicing Chiropractic health. He has extensively sought out formal, post-graduate training in treatment techniques that focus on rehabilitating injuries incurred from sports and active lifestyles; particularly for runners. Justin treats many conditions — low back pain (sciatica), chronic knee and shoulder pain, as well as motor vehicle accidents and personal injuries.
The strength and fitness industry has for too long been dominated by overly tan, annoyingly loud YouTube celebrities with less than factual content, aka “bro-science.” Kabuki Strength invites you to subscribe to the Strength Chat Podcast and also providing a review.
