PRO: The Titans signed Matthew Mulligan as a free agent on Dec. 16, 2014 to provide depth and competition at the tight end spot. The 6-foot-4-inch, 267-pounder entered the NFL as a rookie free agent with the Miami Dolphins in 2008. Mulligan spent time on the Titans’ practice squad during their 13-3 campaign in 2008 but was released following the 2009 preseason. Prior to arriving in Tennessee for the second time, the University of Maine product spent time with the N.Y. Jets, St. Louis Rams, Green Bay Packers, New England Patriots, Chicago Bears and Arizona Cardinals.
