Bench Training and Bad Movie of the Week
Never really know if my shoulder is going to kill me or not. Today it wasn't bad.
CG Bench Press - worked up to 335x1 and multiple sets at 225.

Bad Movie of the Week - This week's pile of hot morning breath is Splice starring Hollywood's favorite nose, Adrien Brody. Wow. Adrien is a scientist who doesn't play by the rules, which you can tell because:
1. He wears quirky t-shirts.
2. He has sex with genetic anomalies.
In Splice, Adrien and his girlfriend make an organism with the DNA of humans and other animals. Things get out of hand though when they hired a 10 year to write the script. Also, they name the "thing" Dren, which is "nerd" backward.
The only good thing about this movie is Dren uses Scrabble tiles to "speak". Scrabble rules.
