Lots of pain in my shoulder during the night from my kettlebell work yesterday, just when you think you feel good then bam. Pain sucks, pain is real and "F" pain. 2 & 1/2 weeks until shoulder surgery and I refuse to stop training.
Today I decided it would be fun to do 100 reps of this and 100 reps of that ! Felt pretty good, love the GHR lately, seems to be my best friend, nothing hurts when I do those !

BELT SQUATS
4 Plates
10 sets of 10 = 100 reps
GHR LADDERS
4 Progressions x 5 rounds = 20 x 5 rounds = 100
These are really tough, when the GHR gets too easy you have to challenge yourself, try something different. These work everytime.

Today I trained with Ken, Matt, Bradie, Jason & Dan, I like to challenge the men sometime, finally today Matt and Dan tried the swing squats, they were quite surprise how effective and hard they are. If you have never tried them, I challenge you too.
