It's 16 weeks post surgery and I feel good about things. Decided to bench straight weight (no reverse bands) for the first time post surgery today and just see how it feels.

I was extremely pleased with the bench today. Originally I figured I do some work with 135 but things just felt good so I kept going. Dave recommended to do max effort work but keep the rep speed to about 50% so that is what I did up to 300.
