I was super pumped to try a heavy deadlift today. I have been doing off season training since the Arnold's at the beginning of March and I haven't Squatted or deadlifted heavy since.

I am really surprised at my strength I still have. I'm excited to try a max bench on Wed and who knows, maybe squat someday soon.
