I recently lifted in the 2019 USPA National Championships where I totaled 1769 in wraps at 198 via a 655 squat, 451 bench and 661 deadlift. I'll be lifting at an APF meet in Chicago this December to wrap up the year.

1. Chin Ups - Bodyweight x 4 x 5
2. Lat Pulldowns - 140 x 4 x 8
3. Chest Supported Row - 100 x 4 x 8
4. Leg Extension/Leg Curl Super set - 2 x 20 each
Day 4
1. Close Grip Incline - 225 x 3 x 5
2. Pushups - Bodyweight x 4 x 15
3. Rope Pressdown/Preacher Curl Super set - 100 reps each total
Bodyweight is on point to start my cut, everything feels healthy and put together. I have a tune up chiro appointment next week, mostly as a precaution. Looking to head out to Chicago next week!
