I spend the day at the 2018 Woman's Pro AM in Blue Ash Ohio. Laura Phelps has ran the meet for years and I have attended more than a few of them. They are always ran well and have the best female powerlifters there are competing.
Today was amateur day and Dave and I when to help Lily. She did exceptional and squatting 425, benching 265 and deadlifting 420 for a pro total of 1,110 at 148. She's has come a long way over the last couple years and still has a lot left.
