Tonight I witnessed 6 Athletes, different levels, different bells, different ages but what they all had in common was the drive, the strength, endurance and the determination to train their assess off to step on the platform to compete in a 10 min Kettlebell sport set.
As a Coach you want your athletes to grow, to be the best they can be and more important to be safe. I'm proud to say that tonight they all proved to me they are all of the above and ready to go !

2 Min Heavy set
1 Min swing squats
1 Min Double Swings
1 Min Double swinging Rows/highpulls
1 Min Drop Squats
1 Min Figure 8 Holds with squat
This session may not seem like a ton of time under the bells but we are only 5 days out and this team was fried, those bells are heavy and everyone worked, hard, lots of sweat and let's be honest, an 8 Min set of Kettlebell sport, never mind a 10 Min set is enough for anyone to be tired.
I want my Outlaws rested for Saturday, Wed will be a light training day then rest and stretch until the big day. Watch out Agatsu, the Outlaws are ready to Prevail, Perform and Live, Learn, Pass On.
