6/23/19 Duffalo Bench Press 375x5 385x5 395x5 Deadlfit 545 2x5 Deadlifting after benching sucks so fucking much lol. I need to figure this shit out. Competition Bench Press 385 2x7 Calf Raises 150 4x20 Skipped conditioning because I was tired as fuck and have a lot of work to do today in preparation of USPA Nationals this upcoming week. Say la vee.
