Inch or so above parallel pin squats. 710x4 after 645, 665, and 685x4. Likely will be out of wraps until 6 weeks out because of my squat technique and style. Form does not always equal function, as I am "built to squat". Others need to spend much more time in wraps to become comfortable with them. Looking at @janisfinkelman . That scenario would be applied to long limbed lifters and people who tend to have to claw and grasp for every gain they can acquire on squats and other mechanically disadvantageous movements. But others who have an established "groove" and "style" may experience much more benefit from pursuing strength in their pure raw squat and training weak or unstable points, like I'm doing with these pin squats. . . . . @garrettfear @kabuki_virtualcoaching @kabukistrengthlab @elitefts @brandon_senn @team_sibya @baconandbarbells.co @leviathannutrition #TeamEliteFTS #STRONGTHESULLIVANWAY #kabukistrength #TeamKS #KSVirtualCoaching
