I'm a little lost with my bench training. I tried something a little different this cycle, and I won't know if it will pay off until meet day...and that's ok. That's just the nature of the sport.

I was hoping 415, regardless of accommodating resistance, moved a little faster. But then again, 435x3 was what I hit last training cycle (headed toward a big bench) without accommodating resistance and it moved 'OK' during this training session.

I guess what I'm getting at, is my major concern is I'm not fast enough right now. We shall see...
