Dropping My Load @ Brute Strength Gym
Since I'm competing Saturday at the 3rd Annual Beer City Brawl in Richmond I decided to deload a little instead of continuing to train up to the comp. Despite the fact that I'm just doing this comp for fun and because I really just want to do a strongman comp cause it's been a long while and every time I have signed up for one this year I have to back out due to school demands, I still deloaded since I've also been working on rehabbing some annoying injuries and I don't want to sod it all up in the 11th hour.

Exaggerated scap depression with a 4 count negative on the pulldowns, pause at top and bottom on calves.
I'll probably do some bloodflow and mobility work tomorrow and Friday and then it's boom time on Saturday.
