My garage is in shambles right now as I am midway through the upgrades to the platform in preparation for the arrival of my new 3x3 power rack and other equipment from elitefts.  I am also trying to figure out some time to get up to Dewey Beach this week, which is not a long drive, but which makes planning out all the work I need to do more difficult.  Since I couldn't use the platform and effectively have no usable rack right now since my old one is disassembled, I just did an impromptu training session on a two foot by 4 foot piece of stall mat with the trap bar.

Like an idiot I managed to tweak something in the right side of my neck on my last set of shrugs, right at the end.  This tightened up very quickly and I stopped here instead of doing the lunges and calf raises I had planned to do because I am pretty sure I was high on fumes from the wood stain from training in the garage with the door closed.  Why was the door closed you ask?  Because it was hotter than two squirrels fornicating in a wool sock today with humidity to match, and I didn't want to put that evil on myself.  I almost sweat through my shirt when I went outside at 10am to make one cut in a piece of plywood.  And I was only outside for all of 10-15 minutes.  So now I get to do all the fun (not fun) treatments for a twanged neck in between bouts of work in the garage.  Dumbass.
