I can't believe it's only been a week since I posted. It feels like I haven't been on here in a month!
Over the last week I squatted a bunch. Didn't deadlift. Missed a day because I was stressing out hard because of work. Cleared my head about the stress. Got the ball rolling on a podcast idea that my long time inspiration Paul V came up with. More details about this when they are available!
Yesterday I had an ok day as I forgot my gym bag at home and squatted in my everyday shoes. I hit 545 on the Cambered bar and stopped there as that was sketchy enough. I also hit a 225 CB military which made me happy.

After clearing my head of the fog caused by the stress at work, focusing on my training seems simple this week. I hope this continues!
Overall I am loving the SquatEveryDay challenge of pushing the intensity everyday. I'm not sure how sustainable it will be if I continue at this pace. I have bad knees and have since I was a kid. I don't want to think about that right now as everything is going up!!!
