Block 10, Wave 2 - DL @ ISCF

This was a solid training day across the board, especially at the end because conditioning was ridiculously easier today than it was last week.  I'm not sure if it was a fluke or if I am having the most rapid adaptation to sled work that I've ever had in my life.  I guess I'll find out more next week when I increase the weight.

Sled Pushes

10x100' x sled + 90 - Done back to back in under 10', which is waaaaaaay faster than last week.
