I trained at Iron Strong today because I wanted to hang up the EliteFTS banner I got for them on the wall to let everyone know what company was built for the strongest athletes around the world!
Fat Gripz Push Press

1x275 - Actually surprised I got this without rebending my knees. Maybe my pressing is actually getting strong(er).
2x3x250 - These sets were harder than they should have been.
Reverse Grip Rows/Lateral Raises

2x{10x205/20x15} - Didn't go any higher on rows because that was where my right biceps was starting to increase in discomfort.
