I finally got to try our new Elitefts Prowler. Let me tell you it hit me hard. My conditioning sucks to start with and I thought my legs were in pretty good condition until I pulled this backwards. My calves burned like they were on FIRE!

I really could have used a puke bucket tonight. This was tough but we got through it. We had to take a plate off for the last round. I will do this again absolutely. Great metabolic conditioning and a great leg workout without to much strain on the knee.
