And hopefully closer to being back in the game!

This week I completed mostly  cardio and mobility sessions.

One of my goals I have set for myself right now is to be able to sit cross legged by my birthday in June. That may not sound like a lot, but  I have almost no external rotation at the hip and can barely cross my feet.

Between focusing on my mobility, conditioning and nutrition. I hope to compete in the 220 lbs weight class the next time I compete.
