- Belt Squat (worked up to heavy triples) felt a Pop on lower back.
- Rev-hypers (went as heavy as could while avoiding back pain)

- DB Mil 4x12
- DB Shrugs 4x12
- KBell Row 4x12

Thursday
- Geared Squat (briefs+suit, straps down no knee wraps) stopped at %85 Max. Felt easy just keeping eye on back
- Geared Deadlifts. Stopped at %80 max. Easy just being careful.
Friday
- Geared Shirt work. Worked up to %90 of Max. Haven't had anything heavy in hands in a long time felt easy. Back was locking up but getting better.
