I don't know what week or what day of training this is, but I'm like three weeks out from the Arnold quite frankly all that week three day 9 hour 17 shit gets monotonous and makes it tough for me to keeps these logs going.

I'm finally over the flu, Thank God Allah Gandhi Zeus Odin and everybody else. My bench was feeling phenomenal today being healthier and kicking the gas up made a huge difference. I felt great I could have taken a couple more jumps, but Swede prescribed a number, and that's what I did. I hired him for a reason.
My Bodyweight is sitting at 390, of course, it fluctuates five ten pounds but its pretty steady even with not having much of an appetite or at least for clean foods I'll eat the fuck out of some junk, though.
Today we worked paused reps with full commands focusing on taking smaller jumps and doing things as close to perfection as possible. I ended up with a pretty solid 550, with my best competition bench being 556 I'll take it.
