Fifth Set
Fifth set felt great I got 12 reps starting to learn to keep pushing In my mind I should be getting 15 on these but I keep being a pussy and giving up when it gets tough
Accessory Work
SSB squats
425 lbs. x 3 x 3
Barbell rows for two progressive sets of 12 with 275 lbs.
Heavy dumbell rows to lower chest 1 set of 15 with 100 lbs.
Heavy barbell shrugs two progressive sets of 15 with 275 lbs.
Finished with five sets of 10 calf raises
Mood: pretty chill today enjoyed an empty gym
Energy: meh , nothing cheap black coffee couldn't fix
Feeling's: Feeling good , just really want to hit 15 on one of these 5th sets
