Worked up to 432x1.  Then went to 482lbs for single. Felt a pop right away. Stopped

TTF UPPER WARM UP

DB Incline bench 3x8.  Up to 85lbs

Hinge Pull-Downs 3x8.  Worked to stack 

Bicep Machine 3x8.

Aug 3rd

Treadmill 6min. 3:6mph for 5min.  Then 4:6mph for 1min

Neck 95lbs 1x15

ABCore. 4x12

Aug 4th

TTF LOWER WARM UP

Rack Pulls 4x4 (3 holes). Worked up to 375lbs.  Pull in hammy still

Bulgarian Split Squats.  3x5.  BW only

Crunch Machine 4x12.  35lbs

Aug 5th

TTF WARM UP

Bench press.  Worked up to singles 375, 415, 435lbs (miss form sucks)

Called it had too much going on FUCK

Not a great week but at least looks like nothing major and no surgery. Bruise is def getting worse but feeling ok.

Will keep it moving and get back on track next week.

For my groups we did a deload and did 1x20 on everything at a very low percentage. Here is what they did on Day 1

TTF LOWER WARM UP

BB RDL 1x20 at 7/8 RPE

Db Lunge walk 1x20 BW
