I was short on time this Monday but managed to get in a quick and effective lower body sesh. A little higher intensity than I would have liked (and volume) but I figured that with only 40 minutes, I needed to get as much done as I could.

TUESDAY:
Lots of guard pass drills again. I was surprisingly pretty sore from Monday's workout so a bit stiff in the beginning. My movements are becoming much smoother though, and I am making better transitions. All in all a very productive class though, and we even made up a new passing move from De La Riva guard. It's called "Snuffleuffagus", and no...don't ask. I can't disclose it anyway. It's a secret. 😉 Pretty exciting though!
