Powerlifter and newbie JiuJitsu fanatic. My last meet was the XPC Finals at the Arnold Classic where I totaled 865 at a bodyweight of 132 lbs. Currently prepping for my next meet in December with XPC to re-qualify for the Arnold.

Successfully completed my first actual back workout in awhile!

And actually, despite my wrist issues and not being able to do any kind of pressing outside of pushups for over a month now, my strength hasn't gone down too much! In fact, I think my form feels even tighter now. I guess sometimes taking a break really isn't all that bad.

This whole session was done in an hour with minimal rest between sets since I was rushed.

Seated Cable Rows:

30 (single arm for warm up) x 15

100x8

120x8 (x3)

 

Medium-Grip Pulldowns:

100x8 (x3)

 

Wide-Grip Pullups (monster mini band):

3x12

 

One-Arm DB Rows:

50x8

60x8

75x8 (x2)

 

DB  Chest Press:

30s x10

45s x10 (x3)

^^^ Pause at the bottom, and every set supersetted with close-grip knuckle pushups (8 reps)
