We had another awesome training session with the Queensview crew this Saturday. A bunch of us were pulling, and thankfully I wasn't the only one pulling from a 3-4 inch deficit. I kept my belt off for my top sets since I just didn't feel a need for it, and finally wore my 'Your coach sucks' crop outside of the house since I was feeling confident enough and the gym was hot hot hot!

I told Steve while I was visiting that I always skip shrugs in the program since my traps are so tight and I often get headaches because of it. He called me out and said I have a weak neck, so now I'm doing light shrugs, partially to shut him up, but also to see if doing lighter shrugs helps with my headaches.
