The old saying "if you don't use it you loose it". Well it happened to me tonight. Ever since I found out I was doing the 21 Deadlift Salute at the Arnold's, I have been focusing mainly on the deadlift in training.
Tonight's bench was to say the least, a bit disappointing.

It felt good to bench again. I need to get my mind in the right place again. I need to earn my regrets.
