I am late posting this log I apologize. This was last weeks bell training. I have been very busy lately with my Daughter's upcoming wedding, job interviews, a very sick Sister and Ken's recent competition.Did I mention I work full time, teach Kettlebells, coach powerlifting etc. Finding time to train is one thing, then posting my logs is a whole other commitment. I do love living, learning and passing on.
