Trained at the  globogym nearest to where we are staying on the NC/SC border today.  It sucks overall on many levels if one were forced to train there regularly, but it will suffice for my needs while on vacation.  Jacked up hip is doing much better as expected despite a 7 hour drive yesterday.

3x3x315 - I realized on the second set that the barbell I was using was bent slightly when it rolled on me during the second rep.  Fortunately I was able to keep from dumping it on my face and complete my set.  I'll have to do the old pool cue test and roll it on the floor next time to be sure I get the best bar possible.

2x{8x50/30x} - I used some sort of funked up, candy coated band I had to take apart from some jungle gym BS in the middle of the room.  Much like a late night, C squad, Vegas hooker, it sucked balls, but it got the job done.
