Finally finished with all setup for the new and improved Gnarly Garage Gym, a.k.a. G³. It is officially the most radical purchase I have ever made in my life and I can't thank Elitefts Sales Director, Matt Goodwin, enough for all his help with getting it ordered and answering my annoying and stupid questions. Just walking out into my garage and basking in the presence of the new setup immediately boosts all PRs by 29.73251%.

I tried this in wrestling shoes instead of my weightlifting shoes and in retrospect, that was probably stupid since I could feel the difference in my starting position and initial push. Also I did these from the rack instead of cleaning it first, which I almost never do since I never seem to be in as tight/correct of a rack position as I am after cleaning it first. So moral of the story, in the future I'll wear my weightlifting shoes and I won't do them out of the rack. The 200 lb set was supposed to be a triple as well, but I was so loose and out of position to start the first rep that it was instantly a grinder and when I started the second rep I leaned back further than I was willing to allow so I just stopped the set short.
Close Grip Cable Row

Thank you, but pictures barely scratch the surface of the sex appeal of my garage gym.
