Battling those inner demons lately, not sure what's up but I need to snap out of this funk. Don't feel much like training, always tired, too much stress, too much to do and so little time. I thought signing up for a competition would help but it has just put that much more pressure on me, I can't rush recovery, just 6 months post surgery.
