Bench Press 75 Lbs x 1 (a wee bit nervous but it felt ok decided to call it on bench today, still working up my confidence )

 

Bench Press Holds 85 Lbs (Feeling the weight at the top practicing getting and staying tight)

Lat Pull Downs 60 Lbs x 20, 75 lbs x 10

Standing Banded Ab Crunches on GHR 25/25/25

My training is very much a variety of everything lately, back to basics and things I have not been able to do since last Aug, baby steps and I have set a goal for perhaps a competition in June.
