Benching in a shirt sucks. Maybe I'm just feeling week in my bench press with my resent stint of just deadlifting for a few months.

My CNS needs to get used to some heavier weights before I go crazy in a shirt. My shoulder felt a wee bit sore too with the shirt on. Pain I have not felt in a long time, nor do I want too.
