No rhyme or reason here. I did feet up a week or so again and I liked it. It forced me to focus on the muscles over the movement which is a nice change of pace.
I have to fill in for one of our personal trainers this week and next. So I have a client. I don't do clients. I don't like personal training. But the gym (namely clients) come first.
