I did four sets of twenty-five, these are getting easy.
Side Raises
I did two sets of twelve with 25 lbs first, then 30 lbs for the second.
Rear delt flyes
I did four sets of twenty-five with 115 lbs. I'm going to either add a second read delt movement or take a big jump in weight with these.
My handoff man was brokering a used equipment deal, so I had to self-handoff three sets. Working my set up seems to come into play when having to self-handoff. I'm trying to get it perfect, I've lacked consistency at this forever.
Overall
I'm getting a little better, my breathing still sucks.
Moved my feet back in close about where I pull, I can get my leg drive going much better here, I see how it goes as things get heavier.
