Today was makeup from Wednesday which had to be moved due to studying.  I felt like I had the poo on me while I was squatting, but tugging felt better and I limited the volume on assistance work since I knew my recovery was far from optimal due to lack of sleep and major stress.

Decline Bench Situps

4x15xBW - Marc and I rigged this setup using just my 3x3 rack and 0-90 bench from elitefts.  It worked great and just proves again how versatile good, well-built equipment can be.
