It tentatively looks like I am going to have a whole 2 weeks where I do not have to rearrange my training because of school.  I am not getting my hopes up too much though as I am a realist, not an optimist.  But until word comes down the pipeline that someone or something is causing alterations to my class schedule I should be able to train unhindered for the first time in a long time.

9x265 - I was on my way to double digits when my left shoulder decided not to stabilize quite well enough to complete my 10th rep.  This resulted in me first dropping the log on my head, then in a semi-dazed state, onto my right thigh, and then to the platform.  This was part stupid mistake on my part and part a lack of strength and endurance in the stabilizers of my left shoulder.  Too bad I wasn't getting it on video cause that would have been some prime blooper reel material.

2x{15xBW/15x25/12ea x micro} - Dropping the log on my thigh apparently did a little damage as the pressure from the pads on the 45 degree back extension bench was pretty painful and limited the weight I was able to do today.  This was annoying and hopefully something that clears up quickly since I don't have time for this nonsense with 7 weeks to go til US Strongman Nationals.
