I condensed my training today into more super sets in order to go get dinner with my girlfriend before she had to go into work since she works for the next 3 days and I start summer semester on Monday.  This time next week I'll be weighed in and resting up in the hotel for USS Nationals on Saturday, 11 June.

Chain Incline DB Bench (2 sets)/Neutral Grip Lat Pulldowns w/ Band (doubled monster mini)

5x50/5x145 - Added chains to DBB.

7x75/12x165 - Dropped the chains after 7x on DBB and did 3x with DBs only.
