Well I felt pretty damn good today all around.  I didn't sleep great last night due to a subluxed rib head (for literally no reason whatsoever), but I was able to get the area loosened up prior to training and I didn't notice any detriment from it.  I made all planned adjustments in weight and reps easily and either deliberately left some in the tank or made further unplanned increases when my initial weights were too easy.  Now if I can just keep this recovery train rolling for the next 3 weeks leading up to nationals!
