My schedule is being FUBAR by school right now so the next couple of weeks are probably going to be really dumb in terms of training 3-4 days in a row and then taking 4-5 days off.  Hopefully I can get back to more regular training after midterms.

5x285 - Big list of stuff I screwed up on this: I wasn't getting my head through, I was losing my air when I caught the log back in the rack position, I was picking up my right heel on my dip for leg drive on the last set only.  Needless to say this set was trash.
