Lately I am noticing my body going through a lot of changes. Mostly positive, but it is crazy how fast I seem to lean up now. My diet has been far from perfect but I definitely don't focus on trying to keep track of what I eat. It just seems that my abs are perma-present which I guess isn't a bad thing. Funny how it works - I used to starve myself to maintain a look that I don't even have to try to maintain right now, haha.
Managed to get in a bit of leg work in addition to my drill session the other day!
