Glute Bridges – 3x15 weighted - used 40lb KB
Narrow stance squats – x10, 8, 8, 6, 6 - used the pit shark with 2 plates on each side
Stiff leg deads, snatch grip – 4x8 with 135lbs
Leg Press – x50, 40, 30, 20… light and good pump
superset with
Bulgarian split squat – 4x5 each leg (greatest superset of my life) the pump was real
Leg extension – 3x20 (light)
Leg curls – 4x10 (15 second rest)
