Same as Monday, except I had a full nights sleep and it wasn't as hot due to the storm that came through.
I hit the ten-mile loop in 50 minutes, a new pr for me. I genuinely feel all this extra gpp work is going to pay off, looks good on the forearm scale now I have to apply it to the training.
My work capacity is nasty I could fight three men for about two minutes, lol. 340 pounds, I'm just honest 2 minutes feels like an eternity in a street fight.
The biggest plus is I'm getting extra legwork in, and it's virtually zero impact, getting the heart and lungs stronger without ruining my hips, knees, feet.
