I don't know about you but I'm part caveman. When it's dark I want to sleep. It's nature and it's a harsh reality when fall sets in and it gets dark earlier. Dark when we get up and dark when we get home from work.
This time of year I struggle with the mental aspect of training especially when I don't have a meet within 12 weeks. So I do what I can do and hope for the best.
