After having set an all-time PR on my equipped bench press with 457lbs, I'm now in off season mode getting back to some heavy training while running my gym, THIRST.

This particular Monday I made some changes and opted to do my flys first, and then try some bench pressing to help reduce the amount of weight I could use. Also by using the cambered swiss angle bar, I suck with that bar anyways, so this ended up being a pretty good thing in terms of what weight I could use without causing much discomfort in my low abdominal area. Everything else I just cranked with reps, which is probably what I'm going to have to do moving forward.
