I'm taking the next 12+ weeks off from strongman events and training primarily for hypertrophy with a slight strength emphasis. I'm in my "off-season" and looking to put on some size over the upcoming months and into next year. I'm working with teammate Mike Mastell on my programming.
Things went pretty good today. My energy and focus was pretty high and I had no issues handling the volume. I'm liking the change and I'm excited about the weeks to come.

It's cool to see you training this way for a change. I've always really liked the way you trained, and looked awesome, using strength based programs, but it will be exciting to see the changes you make using a bodybuilding protocol.
Will you be training using JM's chest/shoulder, legs, back, arms split, or rotating a push/pull/legs? How many days a week?
Thanks for following along and the kind words. I appreciate it.
